Aaron, who cleaned the carpet, came in a company shirt with his name on it - also very professional - and did a great job with not a minute of wasted time. Fair price, and billed exactly as quoted before work began. I don't live in Juneau (there temporarily to sell my brother's house) and feel grateful I picked J&J. Highly recommend."
